The App is intended for students, staff, alumni, and stakeholders of Symbiosis International University only.
- Use of the App
- The App is for informational and educational purposes only.
- You may not misuse the App for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
- You agree not to disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App.
- Content
- All news, articles, and updates are owned or licensed by SCMC.
- Content may not be copied, modified, or redistributed without permission.
- The SCMC is not responsible for errors, delays, or third-party content.
- User Accounts
- Some features may require you to register with your SIU or personal credentials.
- You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential.
- Push Notifications
The App may send you notifications about news, events, or alerts. You can disable these in your device settings.
- Limitation of Liability
- The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
- SCMC is not liable for any damages resulting from use of the App, including service interruptions or inaccuracies.
- Third-Party Links
The App may contain links to external websites. SIU is not responsible for their content or practices.
- Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms.
- Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
